This is an perfect place to stay if you want to get away from crowded standard touristic places and to stay in quiet authentic greek village. It is a small family-run hotel, which is extremely nice and pleasant. You get a newly renovated room with nice furniture, air- conditioning and a kichenette which includes basic staff if you are in the mood for cooking. If you are not, a nice pool bar is at your disposal where you can order almost whatever you might want for a reasonable price. The hotel staff does everything to ensure that your stay will be pleasant from total daily cleaning of your room to giving you good tips about places to visit around. Not the least, it is located on the hill just by the sea, so you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Aegean sea all the time.
Although the hotel is located by the sea, it is not directly on the beach. However, if you have a car or if you don't mind a 10-15 minutes promenade, you will get to a very nice sandy beach.

Location and staff primarily. Afitos is a really nice authentic Greek village on Halkidiki/Kassandra peninsula. Worthwhile for a long weekend or even a short holiday. The staff spoke very good English and were extremely helpful and pleasant. Private parking facilities were available at the premises. The swimming pool and jacuzzi alongside the stunning views from a very modern looking glass terrace down on the seafront made the apartment complex stand out from it's surroundings. Rooms were clean and well maintained, even for such a short stay. Location to the centre of the village is about 5-10 min walk.
The facilities comprise of three buildings on the premises. One detached house with bigger apartments and two two-stories apartment buildings with five and three apartments per floor. One of the buildings is perpendicular to the other, and we had the misfortune to be looking at the wall of that building from our balcony. Even though it said it's a sea view, and we ended up looking at the sea left and right of it, more than 50% of our direct view was a wall of the next building. Not a lot of privacy from the balconies next door as well. The bathroom could've used a glass door showers instead of the textile curtain flooding the bathroom floor. Beach accessible only by car. Might be a problem during the busy season for parking at the beach side.

Everything was OK. The studios are new, and the beds are comfortable doubles. The bar and the swimming pools are very nice, and the view is great.
The parking lot is in the middle of the garden. The internet was sometimes slow and the WiFi signal weak.

Most of all we liked the sight. There is really a wonderful see view. You can enjoy it from the lounge or from the cafe or even from a balcony. The room was clean and we had all we need to prepare some food or coffee. Very nice place.

The queen room I stayed in at Aegean Blue Studios was airy and had a comfortable bed. the staff members were incredibly helpful and promptly resolved any issues I had. the hotel's location was stunning, being close to bars, restaurants, cafes, a cliff. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a traditional restaurant nearby.

The sea view was fabulous and the location was pretty close to the center of the village with all the tavernas. There is also a supermarket in the area where you can buy mostly everything you need. The location is very quiet (at least in September). Decent speed free Wi-fi and free private parking. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.
The location is up on a hill so it takes a 10-15 min walk to get to the beach. If you are unlucky you can get a studio who has only partial sea view because of the building in front of it. The pool is smaller than it seems in the pictures. The air conditioning doesn't work between 10- 14 o'clock.

Everything was great. The staff, the room - big and clean, the sea view - fabulous, to wake up every day and see the sunrise, the pool, the yard. Ideal place for romantic getaway, but also a good place to go with small children.
Not that is a minus, but just that you know, the beach is not very close, is like 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes by car. And also, the gps coordonates weren't good. The easy way to find the studio is not to turn right when you see the sign afitos and drive until the first light, where on the right is the way for siviri and on the left is the way best way to Aegean Blue Studios
